Gentle advice:
Generally speaking, its best not to open the blanket unless its necessary as it is normal to find tiny fragments or splinters of fiberglass on the surface of the blankets.
Wash the area with running water and mild soap. To help remove the fiberglass, use a wet cloth.Carefully placing a Sellotape on the area and then gently removing it. The fiberglass fragments will stick to the tape and away from your skinA sticky roller would achieve the very same results
The hooks “3M” adhesive is of good quality and adequate for most surfaces but please bear in mind that on certain surfaces (such as treated wood or surfaces that has accumulated residue over time) an additional adhesive is advised. Generally speaking, The hooks tend to Stick better to unsmooth surface

How do Fire Blankets Work?
Fire needs 3 elements to ignite: heat, fuel, and an oxidizing agent (usually oxygen). Removing any one of the elements in the fire triangle extinguishers any fire. Fire blankets smother the fires by excludes oxygen from accessing the fire.
Why does high visibility matter in a fire blanket
To ensure better visibility in dark and smoke. In time of emergency, every second counts and turning the light on might not be possible or the best idea.
Can I re-use a fire blanket?
Most Fire blankets cant be re-used. Some thicker Fire Blankets can be re-used only there are no visible signs of damage after the first use.
Are Fire Blankets replacements for Extinguishers?
No, Fire Blankets are mainly used for small fires and extinguishers for large fires
Are there any side-effect to use a Fire Blanket?
Unlike Extinguishers which can cause Pneumonia, Fire Blankets dont have any secondary side effect.
Supa Ant Fire Blanket
Do NOT pour water on oil fire!
Water is denser than oil, so it vapours and expands rapidly, ejecting all the oil out of the pan and ignites the oil into a large fireball which can cause sever bodily and sometimes permanent harm.
Fire blankets smother the fires by excluding oxygen from accessing the fire hence extinguishing the fire.
